All items sold as Grade-A Certified Refurbished undergo multi-point functional and cosmetic testing. Minor cosmetic wear consistent with previous corporate use may be present, but functional operation, screens, and internal motherboards are 100% verified.
3. GST Invoicing & Tax Compliance
Renew IT Solutions provides standard GST Tax Invoices for all B2B orders. Business buyers are responsible for submitting accurate GSTIN and company legal names prior to invoice generation.
4. Shipping, Logistics & Delivery
Hardware orders are dispatched via trusted courier services across India upon receipt of payment confirmation. Transit insurance is recommended for large bulk consignments.
5. Warranty & Return Policy
Every refurbished device comes with our standard vendor testing warranty. In the rare event of a hardware defect during the warranty period, devices will be repaired, replaced, or serviced by our technical warehouse team in New Delhi.
